Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using Aion (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Application. Aion is a product of ProcessZero Team.

2. License Grant

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly in accordance with these Terms. The Standard/Lite version is provided for free, while the Professional version requires a one-time purchase.

3. Professional License & Payments

Aion Professional is available as a one-time payment. This license is tied to your personal account and can be used on a reasonable number of macOS devices owned by you. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Application for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Application. You shall not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
• Distribution of the Application on unauthorized platforms.
• Use the Application in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure (if applicable).

5. Intellectual Property

The Application, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics are owned by ProcessZero Team and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProcessZero Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to data loss or system instability.

7. Refund Policy

We provide a 14-day "No Questions Asked" refund policy for the Professional version. Refund requests must be submitted via email to aion@7caifei.com and will be processed through Paddle.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ProcessZero Team is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice for any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
